Job Description

Responsible for collecting overdue loan/EMI payments from customers on behalf of the bank. The role involves customer follow-ups, payment reminders, field visits, and maintaining collection records.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue EMI and loan payments.
• 2. Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.
• 3. Conduct field visits to customers when required.
• 4. Explain outstanding dues and available payment options to customers.
• 5. Maintain daily collection reports and customer records.
• 6. Update payment status and submit reports to the reporting manager.
• 7. Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the bank.
• 8. Handle customer queries professionally and follow bank collection policies.
